Thanks to its realistic graphics and scenarios, we play the role of an advisor who meets customers, either by telephone or directly in an agency, using the specific codes for each situation. The role-playing game makes it possible to simulate these interviews as realistically as possible using carefully designed avatars, the accurate reproduction of a sales agency as well as non-linear dialogues to conduct the interview in accordance with the choices made by the employee.

At the end of the interview, the serious game evaluates the game that has just been played and generates personalized feedback to highlight the good practices and provide detailed advice on possible improvements. This factual and non-judgmental feedback enables the employee to train in complete autonomy and naturally encourages the player to improve his/her practices by replaying. In addition, the accessibility of the virtual platform gives the advisor the opportunity to take over the training and get fully involved in the responsible training process.

Gamification also plays an important role in employee engagement, with dedicated badges awarded for performance. In addition to learning and improving business practices, it promotes a positive dynamic by stimulating the spirit of competition.
Dashboards are also used to evaluate success rates and individual progress for enhanced control of training processes and costs.
